Studying egyptian arabic is quite challenging: the learning process takes time and effort, but there are great tools out there to get started! These are the ones i'm using.
1) The Arabic- English dictionary Lisaan Masry
Not only does this website contains a dictionnary (which gives you both egyptian and modern standard arabic vocabulary), but it also contains beginner grammar lesson sto get started with arabic. I highly recomment this website.
2) Shwaya 3an nafsi study book
This book contains essential vocabulary to get started with egyptian arabic. Thanks to the dialogues introduced in each chapter, you'll get the opportunity to learn in context !
3) Brian Wiles youtube channel
Brian wiles is an american native speaker and language learner who studied egyptian arabic and gives extremely useful tips... in egytian arabic ! You should definetely go check it out.
4) Egyptian series and films
Watching series and films is very useful for improving your listening skills and getting accustomed to the musicality of the language! You can find lots of series on Netflix such as "sScret of the Nile" or "Once Upon a Time"
5) Tuta-tuta.com : children storybooks in Egyptian arabic
On this website, you'll be able to find easy stories in egyptian arabic to start reading ! Not only does it contain stories written in arabic and translated in english, but you can also find the audio versions to practise your listening skills !
